Firm Expanded from Six Attorneys in 1978 to a Leading Construction Law Firm with National and International Expertise

MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 29, 2018 – Law firm Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP is celebrating its 40th anniversary of providing legal services to clients. On January 28, 1978, the firm began modestly with six lawyers specializing in construction, government contracts, and surety law. Over the years, the firm has added offices in Irvine, Calif., Seattle, Chicago and Miami, in addition to its original office in Virginia. While continuing to specialize in the above practice areas, the firm also represents clients in the areas of commercial litigation and creditor’s rights.

On Walter Reed Residential Project, Due Jan 18th

Paradigm Contractors, LLC is accepting bids on behalf of Urban Atlantic for the Walter Reed residential project, referenced as WVU, scheduled to start construction the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2018.
 
The project will be podium type construction with two levels of below grade parking and concrete wood framing above.  Quotes will be received from qualified subcontractors in the following disciplines: concrete, gypcrete, masonry, aluminum railings, misc. metal, rough/finish carpentry, wood stairs, millwork, waterproofing, traffic coating, building insulation, roofing, exterior trim / hardi siding, caulking, interior prehung doors, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors, vinyl windows, storefront/curtain wall, metal panels, drywall, flooring and tile, paint, bath accessories, fireplaces, trash compactors, appliances, site furnishing, casework, stone countertops, window coverings, swimming pool, elevators, trash chutes, fire protection, plumbing, water meters, HVAC, excavation, temporay dewatering, paving accessories, asphalt paving, site concrete, landscaping/irrigation, pavers, wet utilities, and dry utilities,
